Q. What is the largest print I can custom order?
We can print a maximum of 72" wide and up to 180" high. Size increases are by percentage. If the width is increased by 40%, then the height will increase by 40% as well.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each Giclee print is printed per your individual order, therefore please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please contact us for a more definite time frame when you place your order. Our phone # is 972 306-9753.
Q. How will my Giclee be packed for shipping?
Canvas Giclees are rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.
Q. Will my print be authenticated?
The authentication number and the artist's signature is stamped on the back of each Giclee canvas.
Q. Does the clarity and color diminish in larger reproductions?
No, because there are no dot patterns to dilute the color. This technique involves spraying color on the canvas. The colors and gradations of large reproductions are every bit as crisp as the original painting, however small the original painting is.
Q. Will the Giclee fade in sunlight?
Our Giclees are printed on fine quality artist's canvas and finished with a semi-gloss anti-ultra violet protective coating.
Q. What if I am disappointed with the Giclee print I ordered?
We fully guarantee every Giclee we sell. If you are disappointed for any reason you can return the Giclee back to us in the original packaging and same condition it was delivered to you, within 30 days, and we will promptly refund your shipping expenses and the cost of the print (less 50% on custom sizes). We have to do that because we don't initially impose a surcharge on the custom sizes. If it is the size quoted on the website we will refund 100% of your purchase.
